Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for overpayment patients have made will be processed within 24 hours of patient’s request. The amount will be returned 100% to the same credit card used for payment, it may take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the credit card processor.
  1. Refunds for visit canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be returned 100%.
  1. Refunds for visit not completed due to technology failure will be returned 100%.
  1. No refunds shall be issued to patients who change their minds after successfully completing their consultation with a healthcare provider and receiving medical advice/treatment or prescription for a medication.
  1. FeelWell Telehealth is committed to customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. If a patient believe they are owed a refund for any other reason the case will be analyzed on case-by-case basis.
  1. Request for reimbursement shall be made in writing through the contact form on our website or by calling 407-740-0079.
