Fulfillment policy

FeelWell Telehealth is committed to fulfill the service you contract with us in a prompt and efficient manner. Our services are related to telehealth medical visits with a healthcare provider via video conference. We are devoted to customer satisfaction and to provide excellent service.

  1. Healthcare Provider is defined as a physician or nurse practitioner. Both are licensed and board-certified clinicians, experienced in their area of practice.
  2. We strive to provide telehealth visits on the same day you request. We offer extended hours from 6 am to 10 pm ET, 7 days a week.
  3. Your appointment date and time will be granted to you before you pay for the visit.
  4. Your payment is due before the visit unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Refunds for visit canceled at least 24 hours in advance or for visit not completed due to technology failure will be returned 100%.
  6. No refunds shall be issued to patients who change their minds after successfully completing their consultation with a healthcare provider and receiving medical advice/treatment or prescription for a medication. Click here for our Refund Policy
  7. If medication is needed, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy within a couple of hours.
  8. If laboratory, radiology, or any diagnostic imagine is needed, your order will be sent on the same day.
