Dr. Paolini is a Florida Licensed Psychologist and holds a license as a clinical supervisor. She has over 30 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy. She operates from a relational and holistic perspective, paying attention to the entire and unique history of each individual with the goal of helping them integrate their different experiences, make changes if needed, and experience full and complete healing.

She earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and she completed her residency at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the medical staff at both Advent Health and Nemours Children’s Hospitals. She is a clinical supervisor for both master’s and Doctoral students.
