Dr. Patricia M. Delgado is a nurse practitioner with a specialty in adult-gerontology primary care and medical and aesthetic dermatology care. She graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with two Bachelors of Science degrees, including interpersonal/organizational communication and nursing. After attaining her Masters in Nursing in 2015, she graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2018. Patricia earned her Dermatology Board Certification in 2019.

Dr. Delgado practiced as a registered nurse in a multi-system critical care unit for 5 years prior to beginning her nurse practitioner career in dermatology. Over her several years practicing in the two settings, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and many different types of skin conditions.

Dr. Delgado stays engaged with the community by volunteering her time with local nonprofit organizations in addition to assisting medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic. She also stays active by serving as President of the Florida Chapter of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association and actively participating with the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council as Membership Director.

In addition to her work in healthcare, Dr. Delgado enjoys writing and teaching about her experiences as a dermatology nurse practitioner and helping inspire others to live full lives and set and pursue their professional, personal and health goals.
